Pre Wedding Tasks

another tradition is that the groom and his male friends have to go to the brides house before the wedding and prove himself to his bride and her family. this consists of setting a few tasks. one of the entailed sitting outisde the brides bedroom and singing her a romantic song...unfortunately she rejected his first two efforts, and to be fair, the proclaimers 500 miles (sung full volume by all) may not have been the most romatic...he also had to slip some money through the door, which was again rejected a few times (rob is pretty tight to be fair), until eventually she accepted his gift (and promptly gave him change!). great fun,and a little nerve wracking for poor rob
