Boys Toys

Well, there she is, my new baby. a lovely aluminium Trek (ala lance armstrong) mountain bike with full shimano kit and front and rear disc brakes. Sickeningly, due to the fact that a)norway is one of the most expensive places on earth, b)its a pretty good bike, and c) i was robbed in japan...this bike actually costs more than i sold my subaru impreza car for when i left japan (oh yes karolina...im still bitter! ;-) )

took it out for an hours spin in the pouring rain around the forest near my house last night...ssoooo much fun! think running will take a back seat (pardon the pun) for a while...you get to sit down going downhill on one of these...
