Proof japanese drivers are bad...

ok ok, so proof that japanese drivers are bad. figures dating from 1980 to 2002 show that every year the most fatalities on the road were recorded in the US (over 42,000 deaths per year), followed every single year since 1980 by japan. in japan in 2002 over 9500 drivers died. japan has the tightest control on drink drivers, i.e. zero tolerance on alcohol, and some of the slowest speed limits in the world...if you average fatalities per head, then im sure japan has the most road fatalities in the world...go figure
