WHY ARE JAPANESE DRIVERS SO BAD???!!!

the speed limits in japan are crazy. long country roads the limit os 50km/30mph. in villages its 40km/26mph, motorways are 80km per hour. BUT...BUT does that mean there are less accidents? oooooohhhh nnnooooo....they are crap! i have never seen as many accidents in all my life, seriously...awful. my favourite, is when they are at a junction and your driving...they'll wait....wait....wait (just when you think theyre waiting)...they pull out straight out in front of you! aarrgghh... statistically there are twice as many accidents per head as there is in the uk. now malaysian drivers are crazy reckless dangerous drivers...but predictably reckless, you know they are going to drive too fast and cut you up...you get used to it...but japanese...jesus, they are just...i hate to say...stupid drivers! unpredictably stupid. theyll drive in the outside lane of a 3 lane highway at half the speed limit, pull out with no notice, and all other sorts of idiocy....and so we come to today...im driving to work, in the middle of a village, on a straight road, in daylight, i stop behind 2 cars at a red light. all 3 of us sit there for a few minutes, not moving, after another few minutes....BANG! some daft bint has just driven straight into the back of me....how didnt she see me??? i havent moved in 5 minutes! 'christ' i thought. so i pull into the side, she just sits there, traffic backing up behind her. after a few mins, she pulls in. i get out and inspect my car, expecting the boot to be caved in, i mean, it was a hell of a whallop....amazingly, not a scratch on my car, seriously, not a scratch, no idea how. so she jsut sits there staring at me, eyeballing me no less! doesnt get out, doesnt move or anything. so im stood there thinking god, what is the protocol?? after a while of further token gesturing checking my car, i feel a little stupid just stood there, so i get in my car and drive off, i mean....she didnt even get out of her car! please please, anyone who has been to japan...please explain why japanese drivers are soooooo crap?? actually, many of them have tv's in the front of their dashboards, many just watch tv whilst driving...ive seen them! anyway, answers on a postcard.
