Jaipur to Udaipur

A marathon 9 hour drive this one. We passed a temple on the way and decided to have a look. the place was deserted, but as we strolled up, we were greeted warmly and invited into the compound, all of a sudden, all the lights and fountains were switched on, just for us! it turns out that the temple in brand new, and hasnt been opened yet...but they invited us to have a look around. it was an incredible place (i need a new adjective i know). all funded by one man.

the only downside we saw was that we had just come from Jaipur where the poverty was staggering, yet money was being spent all around on temples...didn't quite add up in my mind, but who am i to judge.

oh, i didnt get the name of this place, it obviously wasnt on any tourist guide or map
