Norway is worse than Japan!

Another bizarre Norwegian sign. Much debate ensued...i thought it was 'beware of high winds', but then an arguement broke out as to what colour wind should be depicted as....anyway, turns our that there is a huge hrdo electric plant at the bottom of the valley which has dammed the river, but can be released...so yes, it is 'beware of the dam being released and water chasing you'
Incidentally, the hydro plant is famous for producing Heavy Water that the Germans wanted to use to make a nuclear bomb in the 2nd world war...interesting fact for you. And has been captured on the classic film, The Heroes of Telemark'
