Sensuijima

now i pride myself on never shying away from trying any food once in japan...whatever it was...this took the most guts (again...sorry)...a large fish eye that i had to scoop out myself...a delicacy over here...(of course)...this is me trying to eat a fish eye without it actually coming into contact with my mouth...was not nice and was quickly swilled down with beer...oh, and no one once mentioned the hard lens in the middle. only thing i have turned down was turtle and sea horse soup in china 2 weeks ago, the seahorse was still whole....now thats just wrong surely?
