Marathon training update
am now up to 1.5 hours training runs. went tonight, was pitch black on the coast road, and was utterly freezing, then we had driving bitter winds and a hail storm which lasted most of the run...not the most glamorous of sports, why oh why didnt i take up tennis???

is niigata not completely covered in snow as shibata is? it's falling so hard - we've had a foot fall since this morning!
nah, just settled on car and buildings etc...im sure it will come...you lady need to get your new car asap, k cars and snow do not go (make that your new mantra...it rhymes you know..)
