Autumn

This was taken last night (tuesday) as myself and steve cycled up above oslo. click on the picture to get a better view of oslo late evening in the sunshine. i only mention this as this week autumn has definately arrived, much cooler, but nice and crisp sunny days.

also, the miles and miles of mountain paths are noew full with runners and cyclists and even cross country skiiers getting fit for the winter. it was mad last night, you could hardly move for lycra clad norwegians.

embarrasingly though, up a particularly brutal/almost vertical hill, i was in my highest gear, peddling like a hamster on amphetamines, when i was passed by someone walking up the hill...walking! did i do the sensible thing and get off and walk? of course not
