Hanami - Ueno Park

the blue tarps are laid out by people in the morning, that is their 'spot', wher they set up tables and food and drink etc...typically japanese in its organisation and compartmentalisation, they then proceed to get absolutely hammered/drunk. saw some great sights of drunken japanese. its a great atomosphere.
